Start-Up Studio: Creating a Brand from the Ground Up
As part of a course focused on entrepreneurship and early-stage product development, I helped create Grøntskaberne — a grow-it-yourself concept designed for municipal institutions. The aim was to engage children in cultivation activities as a way to raise awareness about food waste and sustainability.
I contributed by developing the visual identity and supporting the creation of business strategies that shaped the brand. The concept was realized as a pretotype, and remarkably, the first 9 units were successfully sold to different institutions — proving early market validation and commercial potential.
The project combined design thinking with hands-on business development and offered valuable insight into how creative ideas can evolve into viable solutions.
